1. How to Contact Us

Email is the fastest and preferred way to reach our support team. Please use a clear subject line describing your issue so we can route your request to the right team.
2. Response Time
We aim to acknowledge and respond to all support requests within 48 business hours of receipt. Complex issues that require investigation may take longer to resolve, but we will keep you informed of progress.
Priority is given to issues that prevent you from using the app or involve account security concerns.
3. What to Include in Support Requests
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your support email:
- App name: The specific app or service you need help with (e.g., Venmurasu)
- Device: The device you are using (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24, iPad Air)
- OS version: Your operating system and version (e.g., iOS 18.2, Android 15, Windows 11)
- App version: The version of the app (found in the app's settings or about section)
- Description: A clear description of the issue, including steps to reproduce the problem
- Screenshots or screen recordings: Visual evidence of the issue, if applicable
- Error messages: Any error messages or codes displayed
4. App-Specific Support
Venmurasu
Venmurasu is our book reading app available on iOS and Android. For Venmurasu-specific support:
- Reading issues: Problems with book loading, page rendering, font display, or bookmarks
- Purchases and subscriptions: Issues with in-app purchases, subscription management, or restoring purchases
- Sync issues: Problems syncing reading progress, bookmarks, or library across devices
- Downloads: Issues downloading books for offline reading
- Account: Login problems, account access, or profile management

5. Common Issues / FAQ
Login and Account Access
- Forgot password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password via email
- Account locked: After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact us
- Social login issues: Ensure the email associated with your social account matches your app account. Contact us if you need to link or unlink accounts
Payments and Subscriptions
- Payment failed: Verify your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Try an alternate payment method if the issue persists
- Restore purchases: Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings to recover previously purchased content after reinstalling or switching devices
- Cancel subscription: Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through the respective platform's subscription management settings
- Refund requests: For in-app purchases made through Apple or Google, refund requests must be submitted through the respective store. For direct purchases, contact us at contact@bhairav.ltd
Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. See Section 6 below for the full process.
Data Export
You can request a copy of your personal data by emailing contact@bhairav.ltd with the subject line "Data Export Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
6. Account Deletion Request
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements, we provide a straightforward process for account deletion:
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us: Send an email to contact@bhairav.ltd with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Include: The email address associated with your account and the app name
- Verification: We will send a verification email to confirm your identity before processing the request
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account and profile information will be permanently deleted
- Your reading history, bookmarks, preferences, and app data will be removed
- Any active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 8 years as required under Indian tax and financial regulations
- The deletion process will be completed within 30 days of identity verification
- A 90-day recovery period applies - during this window you can contact us to restore your account before permanent deletion
In-App Deletion
Where available, you can also initiate account deletion directly from the app's account settings. The same process and timelines apply.
7. Bug Reports
We appreciate users who take the time to report bugs. To submit a bug report, email contact@bhairav.ltd with the subject line "Bug Report" and include:
- The app name and version
- Your device model and OS version
- Steps to reproduce the bug
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the issue
- How frequently the bug occurs (always, sometimes, once)
8. Feature Requests
We value feedback from our users. If you have an idea for a new feature or improvement, email contact@bhairav.ltd with the subject line "Feature Request" and describe:
- The app or service the feature is for
- A description of the feature or improvement
- The problem it would solve or the value it would add
We review all feature requests and consider them for future releases. While we cannot guarantee implementation, user feedback directly influences our product roadmap.
9. Business Hours
Our support team operates during the following hours:
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time, UTC+5:30)
- Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and Indian public holidays
Support requests received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day. Response times are calculated in business hours only.
